How do I learn with CHITTOO?

Chittoo covers five aspects of learning a language - Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking & Thinking. You will start each topic with Unit 1 which is as easy as chatting with a friend and complete the whole learning process with a JAM session where you will answer a question. Chittoo is trained with millions of responses to understand as well as check your grammar and to come up with a customised lesson plan as per your need.

How can I check my subscription status?

Forgot when your subscription is due? No need to worry. Go to my profile --> settings --> subscription status and continue learning with us.

You can simply use 150 Chittoo coins to schedule a 1 on 1 call with an expert. Once you avail the option, please go to schedule a 1 on 1 call section in Profile and book the calendar.

What is a CHITTOO coin?

Chittoo coin is a virtual coin that a user can earn by giving correct answers in the app. Users can also buy coins or earn coins by viewing ads. These coins can be used in various different segments of the app.

What is a CHITTOO trophy?

Chittoo trophy is a virtual trophy that a user can earn by scoring 80% or more in Unit 1 i.e. Conversation of any topic. Collecting 10 Trophies will give chance to a Premium User i.e. PRO USER to apply for Certificate level exam.

How to win a CHITTOO certificate?

To appear in a Certificate Level Exam you have to collect 10 Trophies and take the Test. Scoring 80% or more in the test will make you win a Certificate. However, this feature is for Pro Users only.

What is a Shield?

Shield helps a user to bridge the gap and continue the Streak i.e. the number of days with continuous attendance. If a user comes to the app daily for 5 days and doesn't come for the next 2 days, on the 3rd day his attendance will be calculated as Day 6 and not Day 1. Attendance progression is important to help the user in climbing the Levels.

What is a Streak?

Streak is like a daily attendance. The user has to practice in Chittoo daily for 5/10/15 minutes (as confirmed by the user during sign-up) to maintain the attendance streak.

How do I increase Levels?

To increase Levels, you have to earn more coins, progress the daily streak and complete topics. You can see the level progression in PROFILE - LEVELS section of the app.

How do I report an ad?

The Ads come from industry-standard Ad networks like Google and Facebook. They are not chosen by us but by the network. However, we have filters in place to block any Ad content that would be considered objectionable. We take this very seriously – So, if you see anything remotely inappropriate, please take a screenshot, record the destination URL of the Ad and report it to report@chittoo.com.

How do I report a problem with a sentence or translation?

When you have feedback about errors in sentences or translations, please report the incorrect sentence directly to the course maintainers at contact@chittoo.com. All of this feedback goes directly to the course maintainers and they collect these reports to fix mistakes and add possible translations to the phrase.

How do I report a bug?

If you think that Chittoo is not behaving as expected, we would appreciate it if you'd let us know. We collect bug reports sent by users to detect emergencies and other issues. You can report a bug directly to us by mailing us at bugs@chittoo.com. Please consider making it as detailed as possible, including device, username, describing the action you were taking when the issue occurred and also taking a screenshot to include in the report.
